Peter Lynch Good morning Trade war fears are hitting equities in premarket as China came out with an aggressive response and proposed a list of new **potential ** "reciprocal" tariffs last night. Equities are gapping down across the board. We held the recent February lows and the 200 day for several sectors and indexes yesterday which was a good sign for the bulls. Now we are in jeopardy of losing support and potentially putting in new lows for the markets to test as support in the future. The close today and throughout the rest of the week will be very important.

Stocks to watch for trading and investing April 2-6th 2018


Good morning It was nice to see the markets bounce on Friday but it was on lite volume. Indexes have an awful lot of work to do in order to reverse the technical damage and signal an all clear for the bulls. The bears continue to be in control as we are below key moving averages in several sectors and major indexes. With earnings wrapped up and a new quarter or earnings just a couple weeks away we will be paying more attention to trade tariff fears, White House drama, and some economic data that will be reported in the upcoming week.
