Joshua shares why he decided to join Xtract One and what excites him about the company's future. I asked Peter several questions that were sent in before the interview. I think it is essential to understand that Peter is doing all he can to grow the company; in my view, he has done a tremendous job. Some things are beyond Peter's control. He and the Xtract One team are focused on customer service and innovation. Eventually, if they continue to execute at a high level, those things will be reflected in the share price.
