Chuck shares the reasoning behind the recent very clean capital raise and why it is critical for the next phase of the transformation, Chuck and his team have been integrating at Duos since he took over the reins two years ago. Chuck talks about the team he and his executive team have put together, and since this is Chuck's third business turnaround, he knows a little about how important it is to have the right team. DUOT is a very different company than it was two years ago. With this latest capital raise and the new direction, Duos is heading; it will be very different from what it is today a year from now. This new direction will open up a much broader potential customer base. It will increase the size of the TAM and should also produce and recurring revenue stream with higher margins and predictability of revenue generation.
The leadership at Duos has a brilliant plan that should pay off handsomely in the future.
Chuck and I talked about the technicals of the chart and recognized it might be in a critical area. The current share price is a gift, and I believe the potential reward far outweighs the risk at the current share price level. Transformations do not happen overnight. You must have patience.
