What makes $SCND so compelling for me is the history of not one but two of its divisions and the future that lies ahead for them and the recent acquisitions that the company has achieved. The other powerful motive that stands out for me is the "Dynamic Duo" of CEO Helena Santos and Chairman John Moore. These two incredible people compliment each other with their own particular skill sets. One division has been around since the mid-1800. Another for over 70 years, and their equipment is used in nearly every laboratory worldwide.
Both companies have stellar reputations and a Rolodex of customers that only a company that has been around as long as they have would. Helena and John lead the company into the 21st century with some very compelling new divisions and products. I love their view of corporate culture and the SAAS recurring revenue component that will be part of the news solutions that Scientific Industries will be offering over the next several quarters into 2023. $SCND is a thinly traded stock but do not let that fool you. $SCND has some significant players in the biotech space on the board and significant shareholders.
