Red Cat Holdings is what I would call the right product at the right time with the exemplary leadership to dominate an industry that is just getting started. As you will see from the multiple links I have provided below, the use cases are growing exponentially. I have been watching the Drone industry for years. I was looking for a company that I felt was the leader in the space. I found that there were many interesting small companies, but they did not meet the criteria that I felt was needed to be the dominant clear # 1 player.
Before I met Jeff Thompson, the CEO/Founder of Red Cat Holdings, Jeff and his team have assembled an impressive lineup of hardware players within the drone industry. I think Red Cat has acquired 4 of the best drone companies that serve different target markets, but the combined intellectual brainpower and passion that these folks have for what they are creating is refreshing to see. Jeff has a clear vision, and he comes across as a very genuine, humble guy. He has a proven track record of success and recognizes to achieve being the best. You have to surround yourself with the best. Now that Red Cat has solidified the hardware side, the focus on software and service is next on the agenda. Jeff and his team have taken a very thoughtful and systematic approach to what they want to build and how they will get there.
Red Cat is so transparent with their shareholders that they have created a Youtube channel to share what is happening within the company. They have taken the IR investor email alert service to an entirely new level with their Youtube channel. You all know how important I feel the investor alert email service is because it shows me that they care about keeping investors and potential investors informed promptly. These companies make it easier for me to stay on top of what is going on with my investment.
There are so many positives about Red Cat Holdings that I could make this intro four pages long, but that is why I did an interview instead. I have already started a position and put out the investment plan last week. I have placed limit buys to start adding and building the full position opportunistically over time.
