I have been following this Ceco for a few years, but I became more interested in the story after implementing a change at the executive level. Todd Gleason, the new CEO, took over roughly a year ago, and I met with him approximately 6 or 7 months ago. If you think about when Todd took over, it probably could not have been at a worse time since we were in the middle of a pandemic. However, my first takeaway from our meeting was that Todd is a straight shooter, and he has a contagious positive energy that radiates from him. Todd is incredibly proud of his team and has faith that they can achieve anything as a unit. Todd has laid out a vision for the company, the foundation is in place, and Ceco is making moves to execute the vision. It is the right kind of company in the right industry at the right time. Ceco Environmental will become more relevant in the next several years. With ESG initiatives and the green economy, clean air and clean water will become more of a priority.
