Good morning
Earnings season has been very strong and even though we are seeing headlines of new record highs there are sectors and stocks that are giving us some caution signs. Over the last 20 years the stock market has only been up 5 times in August so while that doesn't mean we will end this August lower it does suggest the odds are in favor of that potential outcome. I am not suggesting an immanent crash but we could see a small correction which I believe would be a good thing for the markets. Its imperative that you have a plan for every trade and investment you are in and for those you are considering. If weakness intensifies we could get some trade opportunities in TZA TVIX UVXY LABD
We have the employment numbers out this morning and that could set the tone for the day.
