Read MoreGood morning and Happy Halloween After yesterdays slight pullback in equities it looks as though we are seeing some strength in the Nasdaq and S&P 500 while the Dow is pulling back just a tad. Read MoreGood morning Yesterday we actually saw some weakness in equities. Does this mean we are heading into a bear market? I suppose anything is possible but I think we are just taking a little breather after an amazing run. I think this is a positive as prices reset a bit and create opportunity. Earnings are coming in strong for the most part and there aren't really any signs out there that suggest that this bull run is coming to an end. Every pullback we have had has been very shallow and short in duration. I would actually like to see a deeper and longer correction take place. Mario Draghi is set to speak ..
Read MoreGood morning Earnings are coming in stronger than anticipated in the industrial sector sending the Dow to new highs. At the same volatility has been showing some signs of life over the last couple days. It isn't anything dramatic but I do think we need to keep an eye on it. We are still trading in a tight range in several sectors, The IBB closed below the 50 day and is now testing the 100 EMA as potential support. There are some small signs that the markets could be losing some steam in the near term. We have not been getting a lot of follow through out there so be very careful out there.
Read MoreGood morning My apologies for yesterday I was not prepared for the news I received and it hit me pretty hard. Today is a new day and I have to keep moving forward. I know that I am not thinking as clearly as I need to be in order to trade successfully. I will likely be observing from the sidelines until I feel like I am back to normal and not encumbered by all the things that are going on around me. It has been a tough few weeks for me and my family. I will overcome this and get back on track I can promise you that.
