Good morning Equity markets are basically flat with a slight slant towards green. The dollar and oil are also flat while gold is gapping a little bit. Do not chase gold or the miners wait for a setup if you are going to try and play in that space. There is a robotics ETS to add to your list to watch that I just discovered called BOTZ add it to your watch list for a potential long term hold consideration on a pull to support. We have a highly anticipated IPO ATUS and another one MOTA that could be worth watching. Do not chase have a plan know your risk reward and play size appropriate. Read MoreGood morning Equities markets are flashing green in premarket suggesting a potential follow through day. Oil continues to struggle as inventory concerns continue to plague the industry. The API report is after the close and we will have the petroleum status report tomorrow morning. If we get another larger than expected build in inventories the energy space is likely going to see more weakness in the near future that could create some opportunities for the long term patient value players.

We have the oil inventory status report along with CPI, retail sales, mortgage application, and business inventories. Days like today can be tricky. Financial,oil, gold, housing, consumer discretionary and retail sectors can all be impacted off of the news today. Often times we get a knee jerk reaction that is a head fake. Some traders choose to sit on the sidelines on days like today to see how things shake out.
