Good morning There is a lot happening today. We have the Fed decision on rates and the meeting with Janet Yellen. We have the oil inventory status report along with CPI, retail sales, mortgage application, and business inventories. Days like today can be tricky. Financial, oil, gold, housing, consumer discretionary and retail sectors can all be impacted off of the news today. Often times we get a knee jerk reaction that is a head fake. Some traders choose to sit on the sidelines on days like today to see how things shake out.
Read MoreGood morning It looks like we are getting a little bit of a bounce in premarket as the Fed meeting kicks off today heading into tomorrows announcement. Premarket is extremely dull this morning I had a very difficult time finding anything of interest. Semi's are getting a little premarket action and there could be some scalp opportunities there. Do not feel compelled
Read MoreHello my friends The week ahead could be interesting with quad witching, the Fed meeting, fallout from the UK / Comey testimony as well as other economic data coming out during the week. Agricultural inputs, infrastructure, energy, shippers are my focus sectors with small caps & financial stocks also in the mix but more as a casual observer for that space. President Trump will be talking about his administrations infrastructure plans in Cincinnati and we also get petroleum status numbers today.

Keep an eye on it to see if it can hold above resistance. If we get some follow through in GLD we could see follow through in JNUG NUGT USLV as well as some individual miner names. EXK PAAS SBGL ABX NGD GORO IAG are a few that come to mind. Do not...
Read MoreGood morning We are seeing some weakness in equities globally after the event that occurred in the UK over the weekend. Gold is gapping a tad in premarket but I would be cautious of chasing any gap in gold. The market has been very resilient with these types of events in the past.
Read MoreI did a video earlier today over an hour long and unfortunately it did not convert properly. I was unable to recreate it due to other obligations but wanted to get Peters list out with his trade plans for you all to look at. I also have a list of stocks at the end that I added. Pull up the charts and see if you can identify what I liked about the chart. I will be back for th premarket prep in th morning. Have a great evening. My apologies about the video. Peters Trade Ideas
Read MoreGood morning I hope you are having a tremendous weekend. There is no denying that we had a nice bullish move to close out the week. The terrible events over in the UK this weekend ( my prayers go out to all impacted by the event) could put a damper on the markets next week but there are also 3 other events that could bring some volatility back as well. Watch the video to find out what those events are.
